How-to guides are task-oriented references for readers who know what they want to accomplish. Updated guides for GuPPy v2 are in progress. In the meantime, the [GitHub Wiki](https://github.com/LernerLab/GuPPy/wiki) covers the v1 workflow and remains a useful reference for most steps.
